Join Local Partnerships for a business breakfast focused on housing on Wednesday 6 July in the Bryanston Suite of the Marriott hotel.
Accelerating housing delivery is critical to the prosperity and wellbeing of local communities. Councils are taking a more proactive role in the housing sector including directly delivering new homes on land that they own. Direct development provides opportunities to generate long-term income, influence the local housing market and tackle economic need.
This practical seminar will explore the potential risks councils need to consider and manage, and offer a developer perspective on how Councils can overcome delivery issues and effectively partner the private sector.
Join us for a business breakfast focused on housing on Wednesday 6 July, from 8am-9am, in the Bryanston Suite of the Marriott hotel.
We will be launching new reports at conference so come along to our stand in the Windsor Foyer Bar area to pick up your copies.
