Brexit – the practicalities for your supply chain

POSTED ON 11th December 2018

Are you clear how Brexit will impact your supply chain? Have you started discussions with your suppliers to mitigate potential supply disruptions? With 29 March 2019 only a few months away, now is the time to appraise the impact and plan accordingly.

Local Partnerships has developed a Brexit Commercial Impact Assessment. This toolkit helps you assess your contracts and procurement activity for the impact of Brexit and then supports you in developing plans to mitigate areas of risk. Using a phased approach, the toolkit ensures you prioritise those contracts most impacted, taking into account key factors such as workforce, lead times, grants and currency considerations.

In case you missed it, you can find a free recording of a webinar run on 6 November 2018 here, explaining the toolkit in more detail. If you are interested in more information, or have any questions, please contact Adam Yardley.

Local Partnerships is working with clients to accelerate the assessment process and form robust plans to mitigate risk. Please contact Joran Mendel if you would like to discuss how we can help you.
