Jacqueline is a solicitor with private/public sector in house legal experience.  Her work has included supporting and advising on procurement outsourcing in local (London, county and district authorities) and central government. Jacqueline has provided legal and commercial advice and support in Corporate, Treasury, Legal, HR, Environmental (Waste), Leisure, Education, Housing, Social & Health Care, Public Health and Third Sector Community Services in EU and non-EU public procurement transactions.  On some of these transactions, Jacqueline has given advice regarding TUPE and pensions issues.

Jacqueline has therefore gained extensive experience in negotiating a range of commercial arrangements involving public bodies and has particular expertise in public procurement.  Jacqueline has prepared and negotiated Commercial Transfer Agreements for Academy School Conversions.  Jacqueline has also advised on numerous contractual disputes involving School/Waste Disposal/IT Contract Termination/Care Homes and Community Services Contracts. Previously, whilst working at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Jacqueline worked on a number of public sector performance audit assignments, which included the reviews of public procurement strategy, contract management, corporate governance and compliance arrangements.  Recent roles have included advising on a range of commercial transactions including public health transition arrangements, framework and dynamic purchasing agreements and shared services.
