Councillor Graham Chapman has been a member of the board since its inception in 2009. First elected to Nottingham City Council in 1987, he served as leader from 1995 – 2002 when he retired voluntarily. He is now deputy leader and holds the portfolio for resources and neighbourhood regeneration. He is a former deputy chair of the East Midlands Development Agency and currently chairs the Nottinghamshire LIFT Strategic Partnership.
